Scully
touched Mulder's fingers "I say we don't let him waste a minute
more of our time", she said, entwining her fingers with his.
Mulder
squeezed back, looked down at her....his eyes were dark, deep pools
of....nothing.
"He's..he's
still got me, Scully," he said, squeezing her fingers 'till she
cried out in pain as the delicate bones snapped.
"Mulder!"
she cried, "You're stronger than this...but I'm NOT!!"
And
she pulled out her gun and shot him dead.
